Registration is officially open for the 2025 ADRS National Competition, taking place on September 21st at the Queensland Conservatorium, located on Brisbane’s South Bank.

This exciting event offers bassoon and oboe players of all ages the chance to gain valuable performance experience, receive feedback from expert adjudicators, and connect with fellow double reed musicians from across Australia.

The top prize this year is the prestigious Peter Musson Memorial Prize, proudly sponsored by Musson Bassoon Reeds.

There will also be trade tables on site — including Musson Bassoon Reeds — where you can explore new instruments, try out bassoon and oboe accessories, and speak with industry professionals.
