Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can see the shipping rates for your order during checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to all states and territories in Australia. We also ship to international destinations. Please contact us for more information about international shipping.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• We offer a variety of shipping options, including 'Standard', 'Express', and 'Signature on Delivery'.

• We cannot guarantee Australia Post delivery times, but we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that no return or refund is possible for reeds, for reasons of hygiene.
 

Returns for refund may be possible on some articles but these will need to be negotiated with Musson Bassoon Reeds prior to sale. Please contact Musson Bassoon Reeds directly if you wish to discuss this.
